Ohio Opiate Awareness
Motion Graphics
When the State of Ohio's Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services wanted to convey to lawmakers the seriousness of Ohio's Opiate problem in a plea for action, they turned to a motion infographic to make their case. Images and type transition into one another while toned down colors and music convey the seriousness of the situation in this colaboration with Origo Branding Company.
This piece presented the interesting challenge of turning a lot of information into a piece that not only informs the viewer, but keeps their attention as well. Kinetic elements and unique transitions not only provide visual interest, but help to make connections between disparate pieces of information.
